Music has the power to ease tension within the heart. Since the beginning of time, leaders have made use of this natural ability of music to move hearts and draw people together.
You can use music to loosen the grip of painful emotions. I learned the following tip from a tennis coach. Maybe it will be useful to you.
When you make a mistake or hear a mean comment, it is easy to lose your concentration. Instead, my coach said, “Sing!” (Not out loud, of course, but in your heart.) Try it.
