Sometimes patience is the best way to serve people. You must have a admitted objective to be able to serve in a positive capacity.
Service to our fellow man is like fishing except the bait is love.
We have to remember that leadership is serving your people. Be there for them all the time. No micro management of any kind. Let your people try and learn, be ready with comments when they are opening for that. Listen and grab any opportunioty to give your thoughts and suport. Get your ego out of the way and the glory to them.
Lars, an old large corporation guy. I wish the management knew that today. In a Church it is even more important and make sure to point out that the ultimate glory goes to God!
